1. Order Verification & Dispatch Time
- Verification Window: Any message from our team reply mandatory.
- Processing Time: Once verified, your order is processed and securely packed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Dispatch: Orders are shipped out directly from our domestic fulfillment warehouses via trusted courier partners (like Delhivery, Xpressbees, and BlueDart). [1]
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: It usually takes 5 to 8 business days for your package to reach your doorstep after dispatch.
- Metro Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
- Rest of India & Rural Areas: 7 to 9 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard VIP Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping across India for all orders that complete the online token/booking verification step!
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is handed over to the courier company, we will automatically send a Live Tracking Link and Waybill Number to your registered WhatsApp number or Email. You can use this link to check the real-time location of your kitchen parcel.
5. Delivery Attempts & Important Customer Duty
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to reach you.
- Please keep your mobile phone Switched ON and active when the tracking status shows "Out for Delivery".
- Not at Home? If you are unavailable, please instruct the delivery boy to hand over the parcel to your building watchman or a neighbor, and arrange the remaining cash payment with them. [1]
6. Wrong Address Entry
Please double-check your shipping address, pincode, and landmark before clicking complete. KitchenWala is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
